TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS

ENTRY
Restricted to holders of a current EPA registration card, who were aged over 16 years old on the closing date. Closing date is Sunday 9th October 2005. Entry forms to be sent, with a cheque/postal order, made payable to EPA, to the tournament office.

RULES
The championship will be played to World 8-ball pool rules.

PLAY
Play will commence at 9.30am on Friday 4th November with all round 1 matches, and the event will be completed on the day if possible, although the semis and final may be played on the evening of Saturday 5th November.
Registration will be possible from 9.00am onwards on the day.

I.D. photograph cards and 2005 affiliation cards must be shown on registration.

A smart dress code will be enforced. (No denims or trainers)

VENUE
Vauxhall Holiday park, Great Yarmouth. Accommodation forms will be forwarded, giving special rates for those who wish to stay over the weekend. Thursday evening accommodation will be available at no extra cost for entrants who are staying the weekend, subject to availability.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
All players must agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the English Pool Association.

The Tournament Directors decisions will be final.
