Well this is what the teams have been waiting for!
The Tournament Director, Tom Fahy has once again produced his lengthy
tome of an overview of the progress of teams through the Interleague
Championships.
Tom has his belief in how teams will progress, and whatever teams may
think, his record on how teams will perform it is backed up by his experience
of the tournament and the teams over a number of years. He has been more
right than wrong, although teams and players must take a light hearted
view of how Tom see's the bloodbath of the round robin section of the
tournament.
Tom is always happy to be proved wrong, and of course should an un favoured
team do well, he will think twice next time they are out.

| Anne Grant |
| The English Pool Association deeply regret to announce that
during the night Anne Grant passed away.
Most of you will know Anne as the lady table engineer at Gt Yarmouth,
the IPA Tour and just about everywhere that we hold Major tournaments.
Anne has not enjoyed good health for quite some time but she would
never let on or stop what she enjoyed doing, making sure that the tables
are as perfect as can be however long it takes. Most people turn up
at events without a thought as to how the tables arrived, lights fitted
arena set up and ready to play.the chances are that Stan and Anne have
worked through the night to ensure things are ready.
Anne will be sadly missed.
Our thoughts are with Stan and their family.
