The Under 16, Under 18 and Under 21 Grand Prix took place on Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 October 2010 at Players Lounge, 10 Queens Road, Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST5 1RW.

World Pool Championship / Masters

Latest News from the World Championships! Well done to England players and managers. The Juniors have won the team event and Frank Costello won the Junior Singles 7-4. England A won the over 50s team event and Shane Robinson came runner up in the over 50s singles. Under 21s Team lost the deciding leg to lose 8-7 to Northern Ireland, Tem Dixon lost the deciding leg to lose 8-7 in Under 21s singles final. Gary Swift retained his title in the wheelchair event. Congratulations England!!!

The EPA Executive would like to congratulate all members, managers and individuals of the England teams who took part in the recent European Championships.

In the Team events England made a clean sweep, winning the Mens A + B, Ladies, Juniors and Under 21's.

Individually, Gareth Hibbott beat Gareth Potts in the Mens final, Carly Smith was runner up to Ireland's Kim O'Brien, in a last frame decider in the Ladies final, Joe O'Connor won the Youth event and Tony Kay beat Steve Adams in the Over 50's final.

Well done to everyone concerned!
