ReportSENIORS TOUR REPORT 20/21 JULY at JAXX POOL CLUB BELPER DERBY
Another great weekend for the senior players on the international pool tour where hosts Shak, Donna and Scott plus the bar staff made all players welcome to their family owned club which is one of the best that we have visited.
Shirley thanked all who helped to make a success of the weekend, Bob Love for helping to get the pro balls, Stan who came to the rescue with an extra 2 tables, Sandra for her support for Macmillan�s charity collections, Yvonne the ref, Paula and most of all the players.
The plate semi finals saw Mark Bradburn knock out Clive Rayson and Russell Burgess knock out Kenny Riddell. Then in the final Russell beat Mark 5-3.
In the main event Nigel Turner knocked out Harris Ali and Keith knocked out Bill Rigby. Then in the final which was a nail biter Keith knocked out Nigel 6-5. This match was a match worth watching as the score reflects this.
