| Entry | Restricted to holders of a current EPA registration card. ID cards will be checked prior to play commencing. No cue-sport professionals. Entry forms to be sent with a cheque/postal order for the appropriate entry fee, made payable to EPA, to the address given. Alternatively, entry and payment may be made on-line. |
| Age Restrictions | Men/Ladies - must be over 16 years of age by the closing date. Seniors - must be over 49 years of age by December 31st in the year prior to the event. |
| Rules | Played to World 8-ball Pool Rules. |
| Dress Code | No denims or trainers please. EPA Dress Code will be enforced. |
| Play | Men - Play will generally commence at 5-00pm on the Thursday (subject to entries) and the event will be played down to a winner on the Friday. May extend to the Saturday.
Ladies - Play will generally commence at 9-00 am on the Thursday and the event will be completed on that day if possible, although the Semi-finals and Final may be played on the Friday evening if there is insufficient time to complete the competition on the Thursday. Seniors - Play will commence at 10am on the Saturday and the event will be played down to a winner on the day. |
| Venue | Venues will be published each year on the Events Calendar and entry forms. |
| Conditions of Entry | All players must agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the English Pool Association. The Tournament Directors decisions will be final in all cases. This is a limited entry competition and the competition will be closed prior to the closing date if sufficient entries are received. |
| Drugs | The EPA operates a drug testing policy. Any competitor at any EPA event may be requested to take a test. |
